  I usually hate taking the time out to go to the doctor. I've only visited 3 different Access Medical Clinics and all 3 were amazing. I've been to this clinic a couple of times because it's close to my work. When I walked in yesterday not feeling so well I was greeted with 2 ladies in the reception area. One walked over to greet me with a huge smile & the other was on the phone but she waved & smiled. All of my anticipation flew out the window. From the time I walked in until the time I walked out I felt nothing but warmth & concern from the staff. They operated like clockwork. Even though I knew my issue wasn't life threatening, I still felt miserable. The staff was completely professional and I knew I they were knowledgeable about my care. Extremely thorough. They went above & beyond to make sure my issue was treated. Thank you all for a very pleasant experience.

  I have been here twice now. Both times, I have waited no more than five minutes before I'm being seen. The doctors are attentive, gave me options with my care, and do an all around great job. From registering to paying my copay at the end, everything and everyone is terrific.

  I love the online check in. Great for when you're sick or you have a little one and don't want to sit in the waiting room forever. I almost always get in quick and I'm always well taken care of. I've had to got 4 times already this year and I'm always satisfied when I leave.
