  Had a big issue with them on a cancellation. I had cancelled service with them in June and had asked them to send over paperwork to my new agent. They refused to send the correct paperwork to my new agent and pulled the "run-around" with me and my new agent for about a week. This is finally resolved (i'm hoping) and I move on with my life... About 3 months later, we get a collections notice in the mail saying we owe these crooks money. So we call Bohannan and ask what the deal was?? We get a response that we had called and cancelled at the end of July. So we check phone records and it shows that we clearly called and cancelled at the end of June... When telling Bohannan about this, Shelly at the front desk or whatever she does (if anything) gives us this whole spill on how they document everything (when clearly, if this place practiced what they preached, this issued would had never risen) and that we did NOT cancel in June. She gets all emotional about the issue and starts acting like a 15 year old by hanging up on us and not answering calls. These people lack professionalism to the EXTREME. We finally get a hold of Ron, he is very rude and is very demanding. He says that HIS word means more and is more truthful than a legit phone record (what a joke). After him being very threatening, he finally get's the point (maybe he's still clueless) that I'm just trying to get his e-mail address, because the girls at the front desk would not give me this information (like it's a secret or something, seriously grow up!!!). The girls also would not give us their agency ID# or a number to corporate so we can make a formal complaint. We talk to them again and they tell us that there is a BIG process in order to make this cancellation happen. We run this by our current agent (who is also Farmer's) and he tell us that this is the most rediculous situation he's come across in a few years and says this is a quick 5 minute fix. So here you have it. This is the most rediculous group I've come by in a while and I hope that you STAY AWAY!! They are very high priced and treat their customers like crap. If you are a customer with them now, good luck when trying to cancel... I would seriously recommend you to go SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
