- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been using John Mercer since I bought my first house in 2005. Most insurance agents would not insure me until the house got a new roof. State Farm gave me 7 days after the purchase of my house to put the roof on. I have never had a claim with them. They are friendly and like to go over my policy whenever I call. I make my payments over he phone and they are always willing to assist me. They also periodically check up on me to make sure my plans fit my needs. One time I was late on my payment and my insurance was cancelled! When I called in they worked with me and their consultant to reinstate my insurance at the level it was before instead of high risk. I haven't done that again. I would recommend them for all your insurance needs.May 31, 2017by A Google User
